Check Alarm Information or Call Log


Purpose:

You can check the alarm information on the Notification page when alarms are triggered on the devices. You can also check the call log generated from the video intercom devices.

Note: Since the operations for checking alarm information and call log are similar, here we only introduce how to check alarm information.

Before you start:

Steps:

  1. Tap Notification->Alarm Event to enter the Alarm Event page.
  2. (Optional) Tap Filter and then select a date and (or) select a device to filter the alarm information.
  3. Tap an item of alarm information to view its details.
  4. (Optional) Perform the following operations on the Alarm Details page.
    • If the device has a linked camera, and the camera has captured picture or recorded video footage when the alarm is triggered, you can view the picture or tap Playback to view the video. You can also tap 1->Save Picture or 1->Save Video to save the captured picture or the recorded video footage.
    • If the device has a linked camera, tap 1->Live View to view the camera' live video.
  5. (Optional) Edit the alarm information.
    • Tap Edit on the Notification page and then tap Mark as All Read to mark all the alarm information as "read".
    • Tap Edit on the Notification page and select alarm information, and then tap Mark as Read to mark the selected alarm information as "read".
    • Tap Edit on the Notification page and then tap Clear All to clear all the alarm information.
    • Tap Edit on the Notification page and select alarm information, and then tap Delete to delete the selected alarm information.
